Braden Zamore was named Head Coach of the Daniel Webster College
men's and women's volleyball programs July 1, 2008 and since that
time has successfully constructed two programs that have become
immediate title challengers in the New England Collegiate
Conference.

Zamore is the most decorated coach in DWC athletics history as he
has earned four NECC "Coach of the Year" nods -
two in the women's conference (2009, 2010) and two in the men's
(2010, 2013).
Moreover, Zamore was honored in 2013 with the American
Volleyball Coaches' Association (AVCA) "Thirty Under 30"
Award for his contributions at DWC and based upon his
record of success, coaching prowess and recruiting efforts. [Click here to read more.]
Braden Zamore’s women's club has produced
the highest winning percentage among NECC programs over the
previous four seasons, which has also included the best run in
program history.
Since 2008, DWC has combined to post an overall record of 64-31
(.673) including a 25-4 (.862) mark in NECC regular season play.
That run has produced three NECC regular season titles, the first
tournament championship in program history in 2009, and two ECAC
appearances (2010, 2011).
Over this four seasons, Zamore has coach 13 all conference honorees
including five first team selections, and his recruiting efforts
netted the NECC "Rookie of the Year" in 2008 and again in 2009.
On the men's side, Zamore serves as the architect
of reviving a program that laid dormant for 10 years and was
brought back to life in the Spring of 2009. DWC enjoyed its most
successful season in history in 2012, going 14-8 overall,
surpassing the previous record for victories in a season by five.
That mark included a 6-6 record in NECC play, a fourth straight
trip to the NECC final four, and culminated in the program's first
appearance in the ECAC NEw England championship tournament final
four.
In his four seasons at the helm, Zamore has guided the club to an
overall record of 34-38 including a 20-16 (.556) mark in NECC
regular season play. Along the way, Zamore has coached eight NECC
all conference honorees including five first team selections, and
one NECVA all star.
Zamore joined DWC after serving as head coach of the men's and
women's volleyball programs as well as assistant to the athletic
director at Central Maine Community College in Auburn, Maine.
A native of Chesterfield, N.H., Zamore is a 2007 graduate of the
University of Southern Maine (USM), where he earned a degree in
Communication. He founded, played for four seasons, and served as
Head Coach of the Huskies men's volleyball club program.
Zamore served two seasons as assistant varsity coach and head coach
of the junior varsity program at Gorham (Maine) High School and
later served as Head Coach of the varsity team in 2006. During his
tenure, Gorham earned three straight playoff appearances including
two appearances in the conference championship game.
Along with his Gorham High experience, Zamore also served three
seasons as head coach of the Portland North (Maine) Junior Olympics
18 and 16 year old girls' programs, and also served one season as a
volunteer assistant coach of the USM women's varsity program.
Neil Nachbar joined the Eagles program in January 2012, with his primary focus on recruitment. Nachbar begins his second tour of duty with the programs having served as assistant coach with the women’s and men’s programs during the 2007-2008 seasons.
Nachbar spent three previous years as head men’s volleyball coach (2005-2008) at Johnson & Wales University (RI) having been promoted from assistant coach.
A 1992 graduate of Roger Williams University, Nachbar was a two-year member of the Hawk’s men’s volleyball program, which was ranked consistently among the top 15 programs in Division III nationally and qualified for two national tournaments.
Nachbar remains active in the high school ranks in his native Ocean State, where he has served a total of 14 years with the Tolman High (Pawtucket, R.I.) boys’ volleyball program. His guidance has produced three state championships, five state championship appearances, and he is a four-time Rhode Island Interscholastic Athletic Association Coach of the Year.
