Men's Lacrosse: NECC To Sponsor Championship Beginning In 2013
The Daniel Webster men’s lacrosse program will have an additional conference home beginning next spring, as the New England Collegiate Conference announced today that it will add men's lacrosse as a varsity conference sport, effective with the 2013 season.

Athletics: Waller, Adinolfo Named Student-Athletes Of Year Headlining DWC Annual Awards Night
Senior Amy Waller of Berlin, Mass. (Tahanto HS) and sophomore Josh Adinolfo of Manchester, N.H. (Governor Dummer Academy) were recently honored as the male and female Student-Athletes of the Year respectively, headlining the annual Daniel Webster College Athletics Awards Night ceremony on Thursday, May 3rd in the Collings Auditorium on the College campus.

Men's Lacrosse: Emmanuel Downs Eagles In Season Finale, 11-6
Emmanuel used a five goal first period and a three goal second to take control early and held off a second half charge from host Daniel Webster to post an 11-6 Great Northeast Athletic Conference victory in the regular season finale for both clubs Saturday at Eagle Field. Justin Chiulli led Daniel Webster with three goals while Kieran Kavanaugh had a goal and three assists.

Men's Lacrosse: Eagles Halt Streak, Top Raiders For First GNAC Victory, 10-7
Bobby Loranger netted four goals while Eric Mulford pulled in a new program record 13 groundballs as Daniel Webster halted a four-game skid with a solid, 10-7 victory over host Rivier in a matchup of intracity rivals as the Eagles posted their first conference victory of the season Wednesday night at Raider Field.

Men's Lacrosse: Eagles Rally In Fourth But Mitchell Holds On For 9-7 Victory
A fourth quarter rally pulled host Daniel Webster within a goal of Mitchell but the Mariners posted two goals in the final five minutes to escape with a 9-7 victory over the Eagles in a men’s lacrosse regional matchup Monday at Eagle Field. Dan Knupfer finished with three goals and two assists for the Eagles.

Men's Lacrosse: Eagles Fourth Quarter Comeback Falls Short Against Emerson
The Daniel Webster men’s lacrosse team scored three times as part of a fourth quarter rally but fell short, dropping an 8-5 decision to Emerson in a GNAC matchup Saturday at Eagle Field. Kieran Kavanaugh notched a pair of goals and an assist for the Eagles, while Nate Burr had two scores and Bobby Loranger finished with a goal and three assists.

Men's Lacrosse: Lasers Ground Eagles, 7-2
The Lasell men’s lacrosse team built a 5-0 lead at halftime and used a solid team defense to hold Daniel Webster to two goals on the afternoon on the way to a 7-2 victory over the host Eagles in a GNAC contest Wednesday at Eagle Field. Justin Chiulli and Dan Knupfer each potted a goal for the Eagles.

The Mount Ida men’s lacrosse team struck for eight first quarter goals setting the tone early on and went on to post a 14-3 victory over host Daniel Webster in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference matchup Wednesday at Eagle Field. Kurtis Fotheringham and Justin Chiulli netted the goals for the Eagles.

The Daniel Webster men's lacrosse team was tied with host Anna Maria after one half pf play but the host AmCats tallied four straight goals to take control and held off a late comeback to post a 6-4 victory over the Eagles in GNAC action Tuesday night.

Freshman midfielder Dan Knupfer made his collegiate debut a memorable one, netting three goals and assisting on another and senior Tommy Driscoll made 16 saves including three key stops in the final minutes as host Daniel Webster came back from a 3-1 third quarter deficit to top Johnson State, 6-4 in the season opener for both clubs Sunday.

Sunday's DWC men's lacrosse home opener has been moved. The Eagles will host the Badgers at 2:00 p.m. across town at Raider Field on the Rivier campus. The game was originally scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start.
