Nashua – The New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) has announced that 11 Daniel Webster College student-athletes have been named to the Spring Academic All Conference Team. The number represents a drastic 450-percent increase for the Daniel Webster athletics program after two student-athletes were named to the Spring academic team in 2009.
To be eligible for academic all-conference, a student-athlete must post a minimum grade point average of 3.40 on a scale of 4.00 and must be a sophomore or higher in class standings. Student-athletes who competed in men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball and men’s volleyball were eligible for the honors.
