Athletics: Four Eagles Named To Alpha Chi National Honor Society
Nashua – Four Daniel Webster College student-athletes recently earned invitations to the Alpha Chi National Honor Society.
The Alpha Chi honorees include senior baseball player Zach Cantor of Windham, Maine, junior men’s cross country and men’s lacrosse player Joshua Cosgrove of Sterling, Mass., senior women’s volleyball player SarahMaura Dwyer of Wayne, N.J., and senior field hockey player Sarah Steves of Granville, N.Y.
A national college honor society that admits students from all academic disciplines, Alpha Chi membership is limited to the top 10 percent of an institution's juniors, seniors, and graduate students.
This past fall, 18 Daniel Webster student-athletes were honored as members of the College’s Dean’s and President’s List, while 16 Eagles earned New England Collegiate Conference Academic All Conference.
